To register Prospects, Broker/Agents must complete this form for each unit, furthermore, certain developments may have more than one sales office servicing different product lines, and therefore registration is required for each.

This protection is for thirty (30) days, but may be renewed.

Dear Cooperating Broker/Agent,

We want our relationship with you to develop into one of mutual trust and friendly cooperation. Please read and sign the bottom of this letter so we may be sure you have been made aware of our policies, which protect you.

We will provide prospect protection for cooperating brokers within the following guidelines.

BROKERS/AGENTS TO RECEIVE PROTECTION MUST:

• A. PERSONALLY ACCOMPANY the prospect to the model or unit, complete this form, in its entirety and return it to us. Faxes or phone calls will not qualify for protection.
• B. Leave with us a fully completed registration agreement form for each prospect. Be sure your name, company name, telephone numbers, license identification number and date appear on the registration. Please include the prospect’s name, address, phone number and date registered appear on the registration.

The Builder will only pay a commission to the first Broker/Agent who has a valid prospect registration agreement in effect. Prospects who have previously registered on their own in a project cannot be covered by this protection.
